Is there a way in which I can create four bogus members but specify specific member #s? The reason being is that SOMEHOW I have the members registration not syncing correctly and hence I have four member numbers that were never used:

00000051
I've got the following issue right now when a user tried to register:
Can not overwrite an existing profile number. Please notify the administration that their last_number.cgi file may be corrupt. Permissions on the Members directory must be reset, and the Member Stat files must be rebuilt afterwards. (00000144)
When I look at the last_number.cgi file shows:
00000143.cgi
00000046.cgi
00000047.cgi
00000051.cgi
and then upload it to the members directory? and then do a rebuild??

Should I go and copy a member file that is shown in the Members folder and change the attributes of the file and then rename them to:
00000014.cgi
00000046.cgi
00000047.cgi
00000051.cgi
??
