I'm still getting:

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

Can't locate UBBCGI.pm in @INC (@INC contains: ./Modules . E:/Perl/lib E:/Perl/site/lib) at e:lmallaubbcgiavatarlist.cgi line 22.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at e:lmallaubbcgiavatarlist.cgi line 22.

when clicking on the Click here to see all available avatars link in my profile.

I know others were having a similar problem, was this ever resolved?

Are you sure you have UBBCGI.pm uploaded in your modules directory? If it's ubbcgi.pm, rename it to UBBCGI.pm.

paths on an IIS server always start with drive letter:

The path should contain forward slashes as well.

Well I'm running it on a 2k server...I added the driver letter, even though it wont matter since it cant find the file in the modules directory for some reason. It IS there and it IS in all capitals...

I us IIS as well, and the absolute path in the file has to be forward slashes. Just like the absolute path in your UBB Vars_config file
