Is there any way to call the image from a users profile automatically into their post? Any help with this would be crazy appreciated.

take the value that it is in the profile, check ubb_lib_postings.cgi for examples

then append it to the end of their message

i dont have the time to do the work for you, but if you sit and look at the code for a little while, you'll see that its not too difficult. im sure if you have more specific questions we can help you out too.
