I changed the board to php, and the board went funny, so I reuploaded the variables and cgi files again...but I STILL get this error...

Sorry, UBB has encountered an unexpected, fatal error. This error is extremely abnormal. Please contact the board administration. The error text is:

Can't open /home/fanexpress/ubb/cache-31DYYW5R/search_index/daily_index-2452251-main.cgi: Permission denied

Check Permissions

Clear the Cache

i did chmod still no look

Mario - did you clear the Cache??

Set the permissions on the CACHE-##### directory to 777, read/write/execute for all. Go into the control panel, enter configuration settings and just submit. Then, clear the cache.

Report back if your having more issues.
