Nah see thats the front page where it tells u mods of each individual forum on one page but when you go into a specific forum it shows the moderators for that forum only and he forgot to add the code for that page unless he wasnt planning on putting that in there

Thats because you changed the actually $mod_line variable so it has for a dropdown list and it wouldnt put spaces in there so JiggaMaster u should add that in ur hack or i can just show the quick code i did to get it to work

in bold should be an opiton tag not a href so
that is the code on your front page.. you didnt change ubb_lib like DOnut said...

you were right - my fault, I edited the ubb_lib wrong...
Now it works perfectly, but when I go to the forum page
for example :

Just change this in public_forum_page.pl and in public_forum_summary.pl:
Upload public_forum_page.pl and public_forum_summary.pl and clear cach.
That's it!
