oh yeah, i must note that I did modify it some bit..

quick update. if you already installed just upload the new ubb_print_topic.cgi from the zip, i updated it so it parses images better, i noticed it missed them all on your board Travis.

I was looking into fixing that sometime, but now i dont have to.

Installed and working fine in IE but when using netscape ver 4.5 i just get a page with no topics. I myself dont use netscape but others do. Just wondered if is just my instalation. I tried to look at the demo using netscape but i cant open the demo page that travis posted it locks up netscape. Antone else having problems with netscape.

sorry i missed a table close in public_print_page.pl, zip updated with fix, or just add a < /TABLE > at the end of the html in public_print_page.pl

I installed the hack & am not seeing the Printable version next to the UBB Friend Icon. I've double checked the coding & it appears to be correct. Whats strange is that when I do a view Code on my page this is what I see:

Never mind - I figured out what the problem was. You have a little typo in your docs -

When adding the following to ubb_lib_posting.cgi :

# Ubb Print?
it should actually be

jctsup - theres no typo. this mod adds nothing to vars_wordlets_mods.cgi. it adds to vars_wordlets.cgi, hence the vars_wordlets. all i can think is that you added to vars_wordlets_mods instead of vars_wordlets

ummm this hack does not work on my board. no problem are happening, but no print page thing

But.. I have Hide Message hack in my fourm , and I inatall your great hack after that when sombady click on the print hack it shows the hide meassage !

MrCD - redownload the zip and upload ubb_print_topic.cgi, overwriting the old. that should fix it.

Is there any way to add an icon of a printer left of the text ? and how ?

to add printer icon :

in ubb_lib_posting.cgi

find :

$ubb_print_page = qq( $vars_wordlets{ubb_print_page});


replace with

$ubb_print_page = qq( $vars_wordlets{ubb_print_page});


and add the image in to your NonCGI folder
