Its that nifty icon that stay besides the favorite link in IE You could get IconForge to do it, information on this icons can be found here: http://www.favicon.com/ I added one to my sites, its very easy to do.

We've already got one of those.  If you're using IE5 or later, add any page on our site to your favorites, or drag the address to your Links toolbar to see the icon.
