Description: This mod adds a page in the control panel from which admins can register new users, even if registration is closed. This is an update of the 6.1.x version, which adds the ability to email the new user their registration information. Download Link: http://www.jordodesigns.com

Most likely. I'm just now updating the one's like this that required little modification to go from 6.1.x to 6.2.x, next step is to take them up to 6.3.x if any changes are even required.
