Your not using 2.2.1.1. I have this on 6.3 but not a 6.2 demo. Nevermind.

LD, In the new members' forum, LK brought up this point about the Authority List in regard to the stress it puts on CPU quote: Originally posted by LK: Authority list is the most resource intensive hack. Ever 'advanced' searched for members in the CP, and noticed it refreshes after 250/500/750 members? Authority List opens all user profiles at once - 1500 in one script. LD, if you're reading this thread, I suggest you to make the modification create a new file with all admins/mods in a new CP tab - Maintanance -> Update Authority List, and update it also whenever moderator settings or a user profile are updated in the CP.
Can this be addressed? Will it be addressed?
Thanks!

So, is he asking I make something like a vars file which puts all the Admins/Mods in there and I call it from there?

I'll work on it for my 6.3 version and add it to this version. I shouldn't have finalised this. *Bangs head*

LD asked me for help, so I decided to do it If you don't want this hack to crash your system, use my improvement - it touches every file but ubb_auth.cgi that I don't like, but it's VERY easy to make it touch it - just copy the lines from ubb_forum_summary.cgi (and $megamods) to ubb_auth.cgi. https://www.ubbdev.com/columns/lk/authority-lk.txt NOTE: even tho it adds megamod parts to somewhere, it doesn't show the megamoderator line unless there are some megamoderators - so don't worry! [edit: err, it thinks it's HTML... view source please ]

LK can I add it to the readme? (I'll give you full credit, remember you taught me a lesson on it) And plus I made a few changes to the code for the 6.3 version so yeah.

&LoadTemplate("cp_rebuild_staff_intro"); No Template created. Do you want me to create it? (I think I know how to do this one) Edit - I made one and it works beautifully. Everything works well.

1. the url is .com, not .net 2. please check what I did with megamods in ubb_forum_summary.cgi - make the $megamods code fit in ubb_auth_list.cgi, then use it in public_auth_list.pl and delete the megamod readme.

I did this hack and the word 'authority' is missing at the top. I did change my vars_wordlets. Any idea what I'm missing? Feel like I've already asked this before (for another hack) : http://thegluefactory.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi

vars_wordlets_mods, not vars_wordlets.
And I haven't updated the 6.2 version with all my fixes, so that will come soon too.

Did you even read that post? That is your problem.
You need to put that code into vars_wordlets_mods, not vars_wordlets.

Yeah, I read your post and I corrected myself below it. I did change vars_wordlets_mods, not vars_wordlets.. I just left the word 'wordlets' off the post. There's no reason to be rude to me. I may not know everything you do, but I'm not an idiot.
