TO-DO List For Drop Down Message Icons:- Make option to switch between Drop Down Box and Select by button.

Nice, but I do not see any xhtml.  This hack will have to be fully xhtml compliant when 6.1 final comes out in order for people to have a validated board.

I'll be upgrading to 6.1 by the end of September as I want to give the UBB team enough time to work out any possible issues with the new release.
Secondly, does anyone have any really cool drop-down message icons?

Has anyone used this on public beta 6.1.0 beta 1.4, cause I have am having some problems. This is the only hack I installed and I have went over the code many, many, many, times.

Ok i have fixed this problem, you might wanna update your hack. I switched document.REPLIER to document.replier, I guess it was one of those things coded from beta 1.1 to beta 1.4. You might wanna update the zip file though.

Actually, it's because of Allen's XHTML hack  BTW, the stuff inside the quotes can be uppercased and it will still be validated.

I think what LK is saying is that because of the XHTML work going on, alot of things were changed to lowercase that didn't need to. The javascript part of your hack has the following code:
document.REPLIER.msg_icon.
and that now has to be changed to lowercase to work like so:
document.replier.msg_icon.

I mean in the cp; an option to sort them however the user wants, or say alphabetically.

Ohh.. I tried that and it wasn't worth the effort. It took alot more effort then you think .. Because it needs to open up and extra file and the directory and it would be pretty coded. Unless I coded it wrong.

how about, a personal smiley (something where it auto maitcly use's pick the smiley, but still give the option to change).. people at my forum like to use the same smiley and they fight over it when some one use it.. lol.. they become alittle atached to them.. lol.. and like naming them.

I installed this hack, and I'm only seeing one problem.
Let's say that in my pulldown menu, I have the following:
yellow smiley
shocked
big green grin
The default is the "yellow smiley" -- it shows to the right of the pulldown menu.
When I click down on the big green grin, that icon will not appear to the left of the pulldown menu (i.e. the "yellow smiley" stays there), but when I post my topic, it's there.
I hope that makes sense.

Hello, Sorry, just added this icon hack and I'm able to select different icons from a pull down menu. However, I can't see the icons in the pull down menu itself. I can only see them after selecting one from the pull down menu. You can view this at Canreef I actually have a similar problem with the Member List. Part of the text in the pull down menus are missing. Also, part of my control panel's pull down menu is no longer there. I got the following two Error messages: A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug? Line:154 Error: Expected ')' A Runtime Error has occurred. Do you wish to Debug? Line:224 Error: Expected ')' Can you please tell me what's wrong here?
