Mod name: Custom Table Backgrounds

Description: Allows you to add your own custom background to both category and table header cells. Background images are entered through the control panel.

Created By: Bookie, partial credit to Blaze for the Gradient Bar hack.

Compatability: Will work on 6.1 beta (all).

Where is this in use on your site? Is the graphic making that gray stripe along the bottom?

My servers went down
so the demo isnt really up right now on my boards, once i can log back into my ftp it will be there

Looks good. Must have been fun finding the right td's for everything.

actually its not that hard, i just have to search for

CategoryStripColor and TableColorStrip

then just put it in the TD after that

WOW i love this hack, makes things look stylish lol!!

but i have a problem,

i have authority list hack and statistics hack also but it didnt change thier table header?

i assume they didnt include those hacks the same way as the rest of the ubb is there a way to correct this?

I had to go through each of those pages, seems like hundreds of them and manually add this. greak hack but you need to find all of the places you want it to show up. You can see a good example at the .org board in my sig.

what should i look for in places where the hack doenst change it yet so i can fix it?

(like whta line of code do i look for change and to what)

or can you just place whta you had to do here so we can all see what we need to add

Basically, I just went through each page in the templates directory and searched for the place I wanted it to be. I have hacked my templates up too much to be helpful by posting the actual code I use. I do this stuff on the fly so I don't have any real documentation. I opened each page on the board and decided where I wanted the gradient (in my case) to be and then searched the .pl file for the TD that would do it.

This would need to be updated, but should work in all 6+ as well
