Final modifications should be bugfree, so what good is it if current finished modifications won't work well very soon?

Just that with the v6.2 one it was released at 6.2.0 and many bug fixes were made after that. But, eh. Doesn't matter.

So it's only not the latest version, that means UBB.classic Classic versions
