Is the server clock messed up? I thought it was supposed to be US Central time, but it seems to be Eastern time +1, rather than -1.

yep, it's off - I think there's a problem at the server level with daylight savings time changes

In my profile, "Time Zone" is "GMT-5 (EST)", and "Do you use daylight savings (DST)?" is "Yes".
