What this does is pretty simple..

On forum pages, this makes the time/date in the "Last Post" column for each thread a link going to the last post of the thread. The only thing, I think, to note about this is that it is assumed you have set some sort of "Maximum Number of Posts Per Page"...

I know there is already a "Last post by" hack (?) but I don't use it nor do I need that extra info shown in the column...so I made this.

Demo @ http://forums.actualfacts.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum;f=6 -- you will notice I renamed "Last Post" column to "Link to Last Post" and have it using HyperCells..

I guess he fixed it, it says 6.1.0.4 now smile

Anyway, there is no need for:
Code
[/code]I think you can do the same in:[code]
It's untested, but I think it will work... You also forgot to add to public_topic_page.pl. Except that, I like that idea smile

if ($alt_color eq "$vars_style{AltColumnColor1}") {
$alt_color = "$vars_style{AltColumnColor2}";
} else {
$alt_color = "$vars_style{AltColumnColor1}";
}

$this_html .= qq~

/////////////FIRST INSERTED HERE////////////////

~;

BUT THE SECOND CODE TELLS ME TO OVERWRITE PART OF THE FIRST CODE?

Thanks LK

Destiny_Nova -- This is because you have the "Last Reply By" hack installed, which is pretty similar to this, but you can format things however you want if you know how to read what you're modifying. What are you trying to do? I assume you already have a "Last Reply By: (User)" line that links to the last post..how are you wanting to layout things?
