Sorry LK, your code suckz imo (don't kill me ) You shouldn't define the color-code ect in the ubb_forum.cgi. UBB uses public templates for this.

*kills you* Sometimes it uses HTML in the cgi codes, like in the 'Welcome to our newest member', and Who's Online also uses the HTML from the cgi, it's not a rule or something to put all HTML in public_*.pl.

Sometimes in the header, correct (and this only for links). But not in the Time & Date codes. Nowhere in the whole UBB All the not-linked font color/size/face code is definied in the templates. Believe it.

I'm not gonna fight you, but I think the biggest difference is that Infopop doesn't support boards with hacked .cgi files but it does support boards with hacked .pls.

Hmm... i don't understand what you mean with your last sentence. With your code or my code the forum is hacked!? Well, I use my code, and you can use what you want . But I think, it's more simple, when someone want to edit something, the the whole HTML-Code in one file (template) instead of two files. When you put extra HTML-Code in the ubb*.cgi files, noone can find the HTML-Tag so easy. That's the reason why UBB uses templates. Btw: you forgot the last -Tag.

Is it possible to make this just "start date"?

Hi,
Just to let you know that there is an error in the MHX file - the file ubb_forum.cgi has the wrong folder linked to it.
Regards,
Ian

Hi LK,
Is there anyway that this could be made to display the current time on the page or what ever forum the user is using? Or maybe a hack that does this? I got users asking for something like that.
Thanks Rainner
