This works. Im using it on my forum I just took the steps from the multihack file. Trust me it works.
I Cannot Support Ubb Via ICQ or MSN. Not because I dont want to its just I cant.

In the modifications for JCTemplate.
As I make so that it does not have date nor hour, and it is not the great space.
I placed thus: < td nowrap="nowrap "valign="top" bgcolor="$alt_color "align="left" class="small-font">$last_post_username |
But design of the forum was the space of the same skill leaving ugly... Somebody could help me?

Can anybody post the text version of the last_reply for me? I am unable to install MultiHack due to my own inability and also because I'm using Windows NT. I'm using UBB.classic 6.3.

I installed this hack and it's partly working but some of the posts in the forum are not showing the last poster. can't seem to determine a specific pattern. is this a bug? did i miss something? thanks for the hack!  I am running 6.3.0.1 frank

Well I just installed it on my new boards and it didnt work first time round I left summit out, so just rehack it. Just removed the file: www.menace.digitalfault.com/ubbdev/lastreplyby.txt

I just installed it with no problem. After I installed it I rebuilt the forum stat files and the search index. This seemed to show everything on my forum. My only issue is, on my main page, it replaces the middle page numbers with "..." for example my page number links now resemble "1 2 3 4 ... 8 9 10" Is there anyway to make all the page numbers show rather than the periods? Any help would be appreciated. quote:

Hello,
For those of you wanting a txt version install multihack and open the mod. Then click on the >> button at the bottom right of the box. Choose a file name and location and it will export the hack to a txt format.
You will need to read the exported file though as it takes a little getting use to. It will have old data if you read the whole block it will say to either replace, add after, add before, or delete. It will tell you which file your to edit.

My appologies. I just upgraded from 5.47d to 6.3.0.1 so its going going from rags to riches here. I was transferred my current webspace from a friend and inherited the 5.47d a while back. Been using it since and loved it but got alot of requests for better bells and whistles. I just purchased my license for 6.3.0.1 on Friday and I am very happy so far but still learning the little things so deffinately pardon me  This is a great site thank you to you LK and to the staff of UBBdev.com for a great site. I just noticed this the other day when I was adding it to my 6.3.1, but anyways.. If you want to save yourself sometime in 6.3.x, you can leave out the modifications to public_topic_page.pl since the anchor is already there in the code. Just trying to be helpful.

Is there a way (well I know there is a way, but is there an EASY way) to have threads with no replies add the same amout of "space" as the by: userid text takes up? Currently posts without a reply look alittle wierd since the spacing is different. I know its a small nit-picky thing but thought I would ask just the same... and after my fiasco with the Quote Hack I've decided to ask first before trying it myself

I have a somewhat bizarre thing taking place, in the this hack seems to have increased my font sizes just a hair... What previously fit on one line, now takes 2, and it's sorta strange looking to boot!

I installed HitHack 2.0 on top of this yesterday, and it cleared up the probs I was having...
Strange, but fixed -- which can only mean that it was obviously something that I did wrong in the first place! :rolleyes:

6.4 contains this as a feature in the base code - this modification will be put out to pasture in the coming weeks and retired along with 'who's online'
