Good idea, but I think that everything mods can do - admins should be able to do as well, and UBB can already do it... So maybe add an option in edit member profile from CP, like calendar adds "Able to post in Calendar?"... Maybe make it "E" for email..

Eh? Only administrators have access to the "Email Members" feature in the UBB Control Panel. This mod adds (currently) two new filters for generating the email lists (whether you email your members using UBB or not doesn't matter), one that filters by last post date and the other adds "Moderators Only" to the status filter. UBB.classic (v6.2 - v6.3) has the following filters for creating email lists: User Status: No Preference, Administrators Only & Administrators and Moderators. Number of Posts: Greater than, Less than & Equal to. Member Number: Low number & High number (range). So I don't quite get what you're talking about.

I mean about your "Moderators Only" option - UBB already has "Admins & Mods Only", and I don't understand why admins shouldn't be able to email members while mods can...
Also maybe add to edit profile an option to let individuals email members?

You just don't get it, do you? If you choose the "Administrators Only" option, UBB will only generate a list consisting of only administrator email addresses. If you choose "Administrators & Moderators", UBB will make a list that with email addresses of all of your administrators and moderators. If you choose "Moderators Only", it will create a list that holds only your moderator email addresses. Need a screenshot?

Hrm... you mean something like a list of all registered members which you could select individuals from? That sounds pretty cool at least, hehe.

hint - use calendar hack's instructions for cp_users.cgi (just maybe "e" instead of "c"), then check if it's checked on cp_users.cgi's update sub, and if so, add to bottom of the list

I'm beginning to think I'm jinxed when it comes to Idle's hacks. I either can't see them or get errors after installation. With this hack, I don't see where the "changes" are implented. I've hacked both files; I've uploaded them. I've looked all over the CP, and I cannot see any sign of a change. In addition, when I suggested this mod, my hope was to be able to generate e-mail lists from this page --> http://adwoff.com/ubb-test/cgi/cp.cgi?ubb=user_settings&advanced=true The Search Members - Advanced. What I'd like to be able to do is generate e-mail lists depending on certain variables. Example--I know that I have a whole boat load of people who have signed up for my community but have never posted. Not once. I'd like to find out why. Currently, the only way I can get their e-mails is to generate a list from this option --> Number of Posts -- and then individually copy their e-mail addresses into an e-mail. If I had just a few, this would be no problem, but I'm dealing with hundreds here. Idle, I appreciate what you're trying to do with this mod, but right now, it isn't showing up, and I don't know why.

Sorry, I should try and be a little more specific when posting the descriptions. In your UBB Control Panel, if you go to "Members" - "Email Members", and continue from there, you'll get to these changes applied by my mod. And... it enables you to create a list of email addresses for your members, which you can filter by last post date (on/before/after). Have another look in there, and tell me that you don't see it.
