- Bug Fix - forms submitted to public forums, then edit/deleted by the submitter no longer causes form to show in later threads

The final/finished version of the Application Forms Mod for UBB6.3 series is v3.1.5 which seems to be bug free.

I have a problem with this hack,
my forum is registered members only. In the CP I allowed both unregistered and registered users to use the Form.
But when they fill in the form and press submit they get to a not logged in page where a username and password has to be given( which they don't have).

Im having problems with this hack.
I installed it and read through everything perfectly.
However, Where do you fill out the form? Do you have to make a new topic to fill out a form?
All I see in the forum that I "allowed access forms too" is a view button at the very button.
Thats as far as I've gotten or can see. Options appear to be set fine.
