Using one of the designs that was in the ubbdev design tutorial thing, I set it up the way it should be. Now, how do I get those little white lines to divide all the sections like it was shown?

you go to style templates then edit the template your using and then about half way down there is a radio check box that says

Table Border Display Type:
If using visible table borders, you can control the way the borders are displayed. There are three options.
X:outside borders visible only.
X:Borders outline entire table, inside and out.
X:Borders inside and out, but with a thicker outside line.
