Yep sure. Just make sure your UBB CGI and NONCGI dirs are in different places than your other UBB. You may share Member files if you like.

you should also be aware that you need to own two separate licenses to do this, unless the board is for testing only (non-public).

Yes. That is very important. Your board would be considered illegal if you were having it open to the public without the second license. If you've got one, go for it!
