I have some users that want to upload file attachments with their posts, like you do with an email. I've found a copule refrences to this saying something about codebuttons, but the only codebutton reference I could find in the database was for UBB5 and I just got UBB6. Am I just missing something here?

You're just missing a little something.  The modification you're after is called ELY_M's file upload hack. It should be in v6 beta mods, because I don't think he went final with it yet...
