Hey, Right this is the problem  , I have a few ubb'z with different url's but what i was wondering, was is it possible to have a shared members directory so that if someone registers with one board they will be able to post on all the other boards. if you have them hosted on the same server, yes...

they are on the same server but they have different addresses. I tried just having sites all linked to the same members directory but when I try to register as a new member it says I don't have permission or something like that. What should I do?

Couldn't you just point the different UBB's to ONE members directory in teh Settings vaiarable????

If you are already registered, you can't register again, since you are already registered, unless you use a different user name. I know a busy server that has 3 UBB's tied to one members folder...
Are you admin on each ubb?

Yea, I used a different user name but it doesn't work. See this is what I want to do...... I have two boards www.lambonotrades.f2s.com and www.urbanclearway.f2s.com Im admin of them both. What I want to be able to do is make it that if on member registers with one board they will be able to use both boards. So I tried having the members directory as for both sites as /web/sites/???/lambonotrades/www.lambonotrades.f2s.com/themebers but when anyone tries to register from the urbanclearway board they cannot register. Please help Thanks

Sorry,
I thought that because they were both hosted by f2s.com that that ment they were on the same server.
So is there anything I can do

they have to be on the same server to share member folders... the member folders require paths, not urls to them...
