http://www.lostvikings.f2s.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi please can anyone help me fix it?!? i tried to hack and uploaded the files and now i got this message PLEASE!!! (i dont want to reinstall everything :()

What mod was it that you were trying to install that did this? Don't you have a working set of backups that you can upload?

i was trying the memberlist 6.3.8
i think its because i didnt set the chmod stuff right
ill try to upload a newer version of ubb over this
anyone else knows a solution if it isnt gonna work?!

Theres two things you can do. Either install your backups for one, which you should have saved. :rolleyes: Or do the hack backwards. Instead of installing the hack, remove the characters you added and replace them with what it was before. It has it all in the instructions you used...

If you didn't save backup before you installed the hack, You'll have to try uninstall the hack manually. If you cant do that, your screwed.

Not really depending on whether its his first hack or not. If its his first hack just take the UBB zip and reupload all the files you tried to hack.  Easiest way to do it. [NOTE: Only if it is your first hack. I wouldn't recommend it if you have other hacks installed.]

If you were installing the Memberlist, I think you made a mistake coding in ultimatebb.cgi so try again since that script doesn't work.

YES!!!! i figured out the problem  i also tried to change something in the vars_misc.cgi file cause there was something wrong with it (at least i believe it was that one that was wrong) well i changed it to something else again and it works now thanks for the reactions anyhow
