My ubb was running fine, nothing wrong on the F2S server. I have purchased a new server and have uploaded the ubb to the new server. However I am getting a CGI Wrap Script error:
http://www.gurner.net/cgi/cp.cgi

What is wrong? And how can I fix it?

the problems states it IS a permission problem on that page. Check every permission, for every folder, in the cgi and noncgi directory. If they were correct it wouldnt tell you it was a permission problem.

I have gotten rid of the entire UBB and tried to install it from the beginning doing everything.
I attempted to install the hello.cgi and hello.pl scripts. It says to set the permissions to 755 yet my ftp I don't get 755 as an option so when it says 755 what exactly does that mean in terms of read/write/execute for owner, group and other.
So what is 755 cos I have tried everything and I cant get 755???

Doesn't it have a place you can type the number in manually?

CHMOD 755 is as follows:

Owner
- Read
- Write
- Execute

Group
- Read
- Execute

Other
- Read
- Execute

Hope this helps you!

Thanks, MTS :-)
