Sorry if starting a new activity [Poll] in V6 Mods in Beta to test the poll mod was misplaced... since it got shipped to the BoneYard  Before I install this mod on my board (v6.05), can anybody point me to some accessible examples of its use AND offer any reasons why this shouldn't be done? Thank you for any reply. Kelly

hey kelly, you can do a test poll, one please  I think the one you did yesterday was in the beta forum, and they kinda clutter up there... chit chat or in here...:) with 10k+ members, you can imagine how it'd be if everyone posted a poll.

we have quite a few examples in the chit chat forum... not sure what you mean about reasons why it shouldn't be done basically, it gets worn out the first week or so after you install it, then it settles down into a useful modification...

Thanks for the reply Allen.
The examples on this board are fine - in fact, the Poll feature implemented here is nicer than the one that's offered as a download. Why aren't they the same?
As for what I meant Allen, reasons not to install might include a security breach or other complications that others might have experienced.
