Is it possible to add a table between the table where it says if ur logged in and the newest member, adn the table where it shows all ur forums. What i'm trying to do is put a small table between there that has a pic in one td (left side) and writing on the right td. Is this possible?

Yes it's possible using some code. I think you use variable, I'm not sure but the last time I did this was on a v5.
