Hi I have just put up my first ever bulletin board and touch wood everything is functioning as it should bar the following:
When the faq page is viewed the targeted links do not function correctly so that when you click on for example the - Do I have to register? - link instead of simply displaying this part of the current page it tries to load a different page the user gets a file not found error.
I have looked at your bulletin board and have noticed a difference in the link information displayed in the status bar when you mouseover one of the targeted links. For example if I mouse over the - Do I have to register? - link on my board it displays - shortcut to #register -
On the faq page here at UBBDEV it displays - shortcut to ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=faq#register -
I looked at the source code of my page and I have the listed in all my pages I checked in your source code and you do not have a base href at all. I think that it is this that is causing the problem but I am not sure how to remove this if indeed I should.
As I said previously the board functions in all other respects. I hope that someone is able to help me with this problem
