Could you try and rephrase the question? I don't understand what you're trying to ask.

Like in the styles template...there's this option:

Character Set
You may define a character set for this style template. If you leave this character set blank, the board default character set defined in General Display Settings will be used instead. We recommend using ISO-8859-1.

And there's another one call Board Character Set.... Is there info on what ISO-8859-1 mean?..
