0kb files all over the place - help

Since upgrading to 6.1.0.2 seem to be getting a lot of 0k posts in forums, and occasionally in private messaging, which I have to go in and manually delete to get the board working again. What causes this? My limit on f2s.com is 20MB, board currently sitting at 4MB. I had hit counter and who's online on previous version of UBB before upgrading, could it be left overs from this, or is it caused by something else?
Please help, as I'm having to maintain it every single day!!

What I suggest is you get off f2s.com. That is such a crappy server for UBB's. It's had alot of problems.
