hi i have seen quite a few posts in this sites reguarding illegal ubb forums well i visit alot of forums on gaming sites and games.
question how do u tell if a site is illegal or not?? cause u guys say if u find one to report them.

reporting a site u "think" is illegal is kinda like convicting that site before u know if they have done anything wrong.
i would have thought that there was a tell tale sign if the site was illegal o-well,

reporting is actually like accusing... them being found to be illegal is the convicting part...

ahh well i would feel like crap if i accused a board of being illegal and it was'nt.
guess ill just be ignorant and let people that can tell do the job
