Once you figure out how to use MH, you'll drop to your knees and thank Troy for his genius.

Click on the UBB File Tab in the options, and make sure the directories are set for how you currently have yours set-up (i.e. some might have CGI-BIN, some may do ubbcgi, some may do CGI)

Save changes.

Download the MHK file that you wish to install.

Import it.

Then what *I* do is click on the hack and then click on the analyze button. I make note of the files that the MHK file is going to modify and then download them into the UBB/CGI directories I've created. I then back them up!

I analyze again to make sure I've placed all of the necessary files where they are supposed to be.

If everything looks the way it is supposed to (i.e. no red flags or missing files), I then click on the install button. I go through all of the steps, and I let the MH program do all the work.
