wtf is this and where do you get it ??

the files that are published in Multihack 2.0 format are in a binary format.

please explain.. I searched announcements for Multihack 2.0 and found nothing.. there is nothing in the Multihack 2.0 db category about what to do w/ the files or how to use them.
