I am using v6.05 and I didn't touch a thing lately but all of the sudden nobody can log into the board through the main forums page or each forum individually.

The wierd thing is that cp works perfect and I can even read private messages and reply to them if I go through the link on the email notification. Any idea what is hanging it up? I double checked all the permissions and everything looks ok (ultimatebb runs to read the pm's so it's ok too). I even installed clean backups of a lot of the cgi files even though non were changed.

Close UBB via cp.cgi

I'll FTP into the server. Remove ubb_lib.cgi. This should hault most, if not all rogue ultimatebb.cgi processes.

Then, I'll restore the ubb*.cgi files from UBB 6.05 ZIP file. No hacks.

Then clear cache.

Let the UBB run vanilla for a day to see if a problem occurs.

I did all that and it still won't load!!

AARGH!! All other functions work except forums.

Open an Infopop support ticket and see if they can resolve the problem.
