After I upload my Graemlin gif files and attempt to add them to the custom Graemlin assignments it comes up and says file.gif does not exist.

For example this picture:

is one I am trying to add. However when I attempt to add it it comes up saying alien.gif does not exist. Please go back and choose an image that has been uploaded to your noncgi/graemlins directory!

Now I know it is in the right directory because it is in with the orginal smilies and they work.
Any idea of the problem?

the original smilies are in the noncgi directory... the new smilies must be uploaded to the noncgi/graemlins directory. If they are, double-check your permissions on the directory itself, making sure it is at least 644, 777 wouldn't hurt for that one.
