changing default main logo URL?

How could I change the default URL thats associated with the main logo on the board?

using UBB 6.1

It takes you back to the message board by default, i would like it to go to another url if possible.

I looked in the control panel but i didnt see anywhere I could change that setting.

That graphic is most likely called in public_common.pl
