You could find a javascript and place it in your header or footer. If you don't know how to do this last, there's an old but still relevant tutorial on it in the database.

A hack has been released and its called "ubb thinking clock" , its in the 6.1.x finished forums and in the 6.2 forums if u are running a 6.2
