Where are the logged IPs stored, and in what form? I downloaded all of my forum to my computer by FTP. I do searches, but can't find the logged IPs.

There are two places where IPs are stored.
First, the IP is logged inside each post, inside each topic file.
That would be a real PITA to get to if you plan to manually examine each file.
You can also find IPs inside the user post history files inside Members/user_posts, if you're using 6.2 or higher. (6.1 does not include the IPs inside those files.)
