This is probably a dumb question, but if I wanted to get rid of all my hacks, and I have version 6.2.1, would I just reupload all the CGI and Template files of 6.2.1 back on and overwrite everything (not the variables of course).
Do I have to do anything else?

Clear your cache afterwards, but thats about it. Just upload and call it good.

do i have to do anything with the VAR files I hacked? I believed the only var file I hacked was VARS_WORDLETS

I don't think so, if you re-upload the stuff you mentioned, it won't make the UBB recognize vars_wordlets_mods.cgi....I'm pretty sure, but I'm still a beginner...
