I went to add the 17th forum today and it said this
An error has occured:
I was unable to unlink d:/gearhost/hostingaccounts/digitalfault/www/ubb/Forum17/forum_17.threads: Permission denied at d:/gearhost/hostingaccounts/digitalfault/www/cgi-bin/ubb_lib_files.cgi line 64
What does this mean

I had the same problem , alls i done was went into FTP and deleted the forum folder and re added the forum , in your case you will want to log into FTP and delete the folder "Forum 17" and try again , also let me know if it works

Nop it didnt work  but what do I do now thanx for the input. What exact steps did you take

Well i tried to add a forum and it said something like no files found for thread_13.threads (thats not exactly what it said) so i went into FTP opened up folder 13 and there was a thread_13.threads file so i deleted the whole folder and then remade the forum and it worked, and yeah it was the same as your error as it said about ubb_lib_files.cgi as well , sorry that i can't help you out
