Here's the scenario so far.

I have 6.2.1 and some hacks that have gone bad.

I backed up all the information I needed and I'm reinstallying 6.2.1 (upgrading). When I go to rebuild Member Stat Files, I get this error Hack attempt logged or corrupt/altered member file found with extra fields. ('00000002')

I totally forgot about the 'extra fields' I had this same problem when going from 6.1 to 6.2.1 - I found the answer here, somewhere in UBBDEV, but now I cannot locate it again. It was as simple as going into one of the .cgi files and changing variable from 30? to 100?

I just can't remember or locate the damn information again!

Hrmmmmm is it the $maxmemfields in the ubb_lib.cgi?

Okay... nevermind.. I found what I was looking for:

Edit ubb_lib_files.cgi and hunt for the instance of '$maxmemfields' with the number 36 after it. Change 36 to 100 so that the re-build process recognises the extra 'hack' related fields.

Grab the Member Field Strip util from ubbcentral.com...

Okay.... un-hacking those two lines and looking for that utility you mentioned
