It says it can speed up UBB but my server does not have it installed and does not know where to get it. Can someone point me to the direction on where to get it and maybe a little on what it is.

For ultimatebb.php for Windows -
1. make sure they're using the ZIP version.
2. php.ini - remove the ';' from the line with php_zlib.dll or something like that (at the bottom of the file), and make sure the extensions dir is set correctly.
For ultimatebb.cgi - use Allen's compression hack, posted in 6.1 forums
