I have UBB version 6.1.0.3
I am trying to find a good hack that will allow users to upload files to the server.
I tried to install "ELY_M's Upload Modification" hack, and was almost finished. When I got to the last modification it reads the following....

I have been unable to find this "vars_wordlets_mods" hack that will work with 6.1.0.3 anywhere.
Can someone please help me?

OK, I got through all of that on my own.
Now I have a major problem....
When a user uploads pics, the pics are either very distorted or just a blank pic. The files are on the server, but are not uploading correctly.
Why would this happen?
