I want to add this configuration to my scroll:
But I dont know if it'd create any problems in all of my categories of my forum and if it is possible at all, what files should I modify?

It's done in the CP....Primary Settings>>>Style Settings, choose your style, then look for the part where you put it in. It's after the part where you put in hex codes.
