I'm changing servers that I'm on and the one that I'm switching to is setup different then the one I'm on now. The big difference is that I have to use the cgi-bin that is already setup, the server I'm on now I can make a cgi-bin folder anywhere. What I need to know is if I make a sub-dir in the cgi-bin folder for my UBB cgi files does that have to be named cgi-bin for them to work? The reason I need to know is I have a test forum setup that I use to test out mods/upgrades etc... So if I could make the one ....../cgi-bin/forum and the other .....cgi-bin/test_forum that would be great. Thanks in advance

cgi-bin/forum and cgi-bin/test_forum will probably work. My server runs Linux Redhat with Apache, and that's how I do it.
Without knowing more about your server, it's hard to say.
