Hi,

I can't find a support-forum in English. Please move this topic if I posted it in the wrong forum.

I have big trouble with a member who is able to clear all postings in a topic with a single posting! His postings are quite long so I assume that this may be the reason.

By the way: Is there any possibility to ban a member in addition to IP ban and email ban? This member uses different IPs each time and different emails.

I think I found a solution.

I deactivated the signature and now everythink works fine. Maybe this was the bug which was in 6.2.1 and fixed in 6.2.1.1.

But I still have no idea how to ban users with switching IPs and emails.

Well... There isn't really anything you can do, except possibly contact their ISP, but I doubt they care (although it is technically illegal use of your discussion board if you state anti-spamming rules in the... uh... rules )

I actually restricted new registrations to my board and made all forums "member only", so that this guy can't get any new accounts.

Now I only have to wait until he finds it boring and goes away to the next board. Nasty, because this guy now goes to another board
