I just upgraded my forum from 6.1.0.3 to 6.3 and am having a problem with the new avatar feature.
In the control panel window the fields for avatars are all blank, and when on the forums avatars aren't even an option. Here's a screenshot of what the control panel looks like:
Can anyone help me figure out what I did wrong? -_-

I fixed it ...or rather, I clicked "update your UBB" lol

Reading the upgrade instructions is a good idea, no?  Please make sure you followed the procedures...
