Where can I find some deatiled info with step by step instructions on how to get a bar or buttons to place at the top of my board. Like the very top of this site/page..Home - Forums - Database - Members - Services - About ...

The menu UBBDev is using here I believe is from (or at least similar to) Dynamic Drive\'s Top Navigational Bar IV . This can easily be used just by entering the code (within menu.htm) in the Header section of your Style Templates and uploading the .js files.

What File do I edit? is there a way to use Dreamweaver MX to edit any files? I am using JC Templates. On my site...

its done in the header.

You do not need to edit any file of your UBB to do this. You enter the code from the Navigational Bar into the Header section of your Style Templates within your control panel.
