Just wondering if this is safe to do or not..
I had all kinds of errors with 6.04x series when I did this..

Shouldn't have any problems on 6.3.0 - be sure and rebuild member stats and post histories afterwards.

You'll most likely get the member file corrupt or missing error if you don't do what AA said.

Uh, you will experience no such problems whatsoever, at all, ever, deleting members with zero posts...

Strange, I always got the missing member file if I didn't rebuild the stats and deleted a member. o_O

LD, if you manually delete a member file, of course you're going to find problems.
Use the control panel. This is not rocket science...
