Hi,
I cant find the location in the CP of the place to change the maximum number of images allowed per post. It used to be there in 6.2 but now I cant find it in 6.3. Does anyone know where it is in 6.3?

It's not in the control panel - there's a sub in ubb_lib_posting that handles it. (excess_smilies_check, I think)

Thats a great site on spam. Seeing a big animated Spam turkey was just what I needed this morning. I was thinking that it was gonna be some good spam stuff but NO!!! Its really Spam. The funky mystery meat in a can. Maybe its made out of turkey parts? This is the goofiest idea that my members have had in awhile. Ironically, its my l33T haxXor members with AOL accounts. Maybe I can distract them with something else? Oh, the things we go thru for our beloved members.

my $max_smilies = 8;
Change the 8 to the number you want to allow.

That is the only place where this control exists in current versions. Are you sure you properly modified and uploaded the file?
