Long story short...

the guy who originally purchaced the licence for the UBB had the info on his PC.
He got his PC formatted by the FBI (long story there lol)
We're trying to get hold of the info so we can renew the access to the members area so we can upgrade...
He's tried the http://www.infopop.com/members/members.php?action=lost_password page, but just gets...
